Hidden gem

I love living here! Kind landlady who is responsive to needs but also hands-off in the meantime. Pets accepted, lots of space, amazing value for the price. Not the newest or fanciest building, a bit cold in the winter, but it gets the job done and you have lovely neighbors! Quick walk down to the waterfront, and a few awesome restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. Don't expect this apartment to be available anytime soon...
