exactly what I was looking for

Quieter complex on the edge of town with decent space and storage at a good price (for Columbia).

The Links Apartments

I have had an overall positive experience living at the Links. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and there are no noise concerns. The complex is not is the safest area of town, but the neighbors keep an eye out for each other and the complex has visible security cameras, so it does not feel unsafe while in the complex. Golfing is nice and the facilities are maintained well.

I have only had good experiences with management so far. They send maintenance out promptly and are responsive to calls.
