Good
The property manager is really cool and flexible, but non-vital maintenance can take him several weeks to follow up on if he ever does. The rent is really cheap for the size of the home, but it is older and we do have problems with bugs and mold at different times of the year. It's also not well insulated so it gets really cold in the winter but the pipes have never frozen. Wonderful neighborhood for pets with a very economic pet fee, but people are generally pretty bad about cleaning up after the pets and letting their pets out without leashes. Parking is very accessible. Not a good neighborhood for children. Generally feels pretty safe, but there have been break-ins and we've seen the police around for a few times but we dont know what theyre doing. Rent has to be paid by check or cash and the property manager doesnt have an email address.
