Kelly's Ridge Apartments

Great place to stay!

I've had a great experience living at Kelly's Ridge. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the complex is well-maintained. I really like that the apartments are spacious and have a decent amount of natural light. I also particularly like the location - it's far enough from campus that you get a nice separation from school, but you're still very close to several great ammenities, making it great for grad students.

I have been living at this apartment since 2016 and have had no complaints. Management is great. If there is any issue, maintenance is always prompt.

All around a good area to stay with really great staff. Tenants mostly keep to themselves and it's generally quiet.

Safe area, close to lots of restaurants

The property is well maintained. The maintenance staff are very responsive. Its a short drive to campus. It’s 22+ community so there’s not as much in the way of loud parties or issues.

The apartments are very nice for to amount of space and appliances. There are also several amenities including a pool, gym and in-apartment laundry. The grounds are well kept. And maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

It's very quiet, and it's also very close to HyVee and Wal-Mart. I hardly have any complaints, and maintenance is also very fast and management is very responsive. There are a couple times when it gets loud, but only when people are blasting music in the back of the nearby Planet Fitness plaza, but that only happens like once or twice a month at like 7pm, so it's not so bad. It's also right near a bus stop too. One other downside is that the shower is small for me, but then again I'm a big tall dude, so that probably only applies to me.

I love my apartment.
