Great apartment and neighborhood
Great apartment building and great neighborhood. Somewhat expensive, but proximity to school, parks, restaurants, and metro are excellent. The building has a nice rooftop and most units have recently updated kitchens; building is well-maintained.

Highly recommend
I love Bristol house! The staff is super friendly and the building is very dog friendly. Apartments are clean and if you ever have a maintenance issue they are super quick to respond. Plus the apartments have windows that give lots of natural light

Good apartment for location and price
Good apartment for the location and price. Management is great and very on top of maintenance. Only issue is it is not a non-smoking building so sometimes the hallways smell like smoke.

Bristol House
Great place to live - only affordable for a medical student if sharing a 1 bedroom between 2 people. Easy walk to the hospital, safe location, incredible food options near by. Always someone at the front desk and parking if you need it. Have loved living here, will be sad to leave!

Spacious and Comfortable
This apartment has a great location (right off of DuPont Circle) within 20 minutes of the school and across the street from the red line. Our apartment is spacious with updated appliances. The amenities in the building are nice, but not great.

Pricey, but good value
Our apartment is a little expensive, but we get a lot for that. Our apartment is very roomy, and we have a renovated kitchen. Our apartment includes a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The property is great, with very friendly management and maintenance. We also have free coffee and a great roof.

Average apartment, Great Neighborhood
I'm really shocked at how expensive my rent is for a very old building ($1400 per roommate + $200/month for a parking space), but it's really the location that you're paying for. Our apartment is functional but the facilities are very old, but that is the case for most buildings in this area. However, the location is close to everything and the commute to Virginia is only about 35 minutes each way.
