Legacy West End

Love this place! The amenities are incredible. The only issues are (1) that the one-bedroom apartment is smaller, especially the closet, compared to other options in the market. However, the location makes up for it. (2) The leasing office took almost 3 weeks to reply.

Nice place but very expensive

The main thing I like about living here is the proximity to campus. It's only about 15 mins away, so it makes for a nice walk. It' s a new, modern building, the building staff is super friendly, and the amenities are awesome.

This building is new and recently changed management. There were several issues with the prior management that made living in this building/moving into this building difficult and overly complicated. So far, it seems that Avenue5 is going a marginally better job than Kettler. The building is still not completely worth the price, as some of the workmanship within the apartments is cheap or breaks easily, but the amenities are great and so is the location. Units are very small for the price.

Great amenities, management is generally responsive. No pest issues, can't hear noise from other apartments, and building is super pretty. Building staff are pleasant and helpful. Lots of sunlight. Can get noisy outside in the morning because there is a loading dock on one side of the building. Other than that, no complaints.

The property itself is new (opened up in 2018) and has a new small grocery store on the first floor. Amenities include a small rooftop pool, rooftop seating, a lounge with TVs, a library, a gym, and a pet spa. Lots of spacious conference areas are available as well.

Great experience

Love my apartment. Great location and proximity to the hospital. Brand new building, clean, modern, beautiful amenities. Quiet. Management is responsive but the front desk staff are not particularly friendly/ helpful.
