The Frontier West Lawrence

The apartments are nice and clean, very spacious. The only utility that we have to pay is electricity. Wifi is included. Maintenance is pretty quick!

We have to emotional support cats. The property managers tried to get us to pay a fee for them, but gave up after one email of pushback saying "um no I don't think you can do that", so don't let them tell you otherwise.

Nicer gym, as far as apartment gyms go. Parking is never an issue. Right by a campus bus stop, but only a 7-10 minute drive to school. When slipping rent with a roommate, I would 100% recommend for people who like a bit of distance between them and school.

I don't have any complaints about the apartment. It is clean and the landlord company is helpful. I had to move quickly because my last apartment gave us a last-second notice that our leases were ending and they were renovating. And Frontier West had an available spot early October.

Amazing place to live!! The apartment has a nice style, is great in size and the appliances are new. Also, the maintenance is always done fast when we need it and the fact that it has elevators helps a lot during the moving and daily when we come home from the grocery store carrying heavy bags or the baby stroller. The building halls and the condo sidewalks are always clean. I love that there is a KU bus stop in front of it and it's very close to Walgreens and Dillons.

The Frontier is a great place to live. The leasing office staff are very responsive and kind. They hold fun contests and opportunities to reward tenants. The maintenance team is also incredible and so helpful.

I love the price of our apartment. It’s 24/mo per pet more with our two cats. The location is a little farther from the school but it’s still only 8min. Along kasold to Bob Billings rd. It’s close the awesome grocery stores and they are really dog friendly. I love walks in our residential neighborhood!
