Apartment Review
Access to bus stop very easily, near to Walmart and one of the nice living apartment complexes in Lawrence. Very good for international students.

They asked to renew the apartment lease before 8-9 months of the lease end date. If you do not renew they just give your room to others. They do it willingly as their business policy. But it is tough for international students. International student suffers from that.
I renewed in later date and they gave me another apartment. The problem is resident have to leave by 31st July and can not come in new apartment before August 15. So where an international student will live for these 15 days? They just force you to renew.
The Reserve or other apartments are better in that case.
Even they will tell you smoking is not allowed. But if a resident smokes and you feel the problem, they can not help you in that case. Their authority was not international student-friendly.
I will request the KU authority to help students with these residence issues. Especially, check those apartment companies who massively exploit students or try to exploit.

Decent
People in surrounding apartments were loud and our oven had a lot of issues during the semester, but I don't think that issue is common. Overall pretty decent and had a lot of amenities for the price. Also, your own bathroom and walk in closet which was amazing.
