University edge review
1) The apartment is quite far from campus, so one have to either use a shuttle or buy a bicycle for more flexibility
2) The management is responsive and maintenance is done pretty quickly if the concern is raised on their resident portal app.
3) The shuttle timings are not that great and there is just one shuttle so during peak hours one has to take an Uber because the shuttle is at capacity.
4) The apartments are spacious
5) Not a lot of bars or restaurants in the neighborhood
6) The rent is decent.

Distance from campus
If you intend to go to and from the university multiple times, it will feel far away. But you have the amazing and punctual shuttle service every hour.

Do not live here.
I highly highly recommend living anywhere else. There are potholes all over the parking lot. We couldn't move in until over halfway through August and they wouldn't prorate the month because they "cleaned it." Upon moving in, we had fleas and it took 72 hours to get an exterminator there. My roommate's locked bike was stolen from our patio in the middle of the night.

University Edge
I am happy with my apartment. The only complaint is the cleanliness when I moved in, it was very dirty and required a lot of my own cleaning. I am still cleaning daily to keep up with it. The room was dirty and it affected the smell. Exterior is extremely dirty. The AC also resets. Hot tub is also broke.

Very mixed.
I really appreciate the staff there but it is an odd place where they do try to trick you. The positives are the gym, cheap rent, internet included, utilities included, your own bathroom, and a shuttle to campus. The rooms are pretty good and your place is furnished so it made sense because I didn't want to move anything.
The negatives of this place start when you move in. I was under the impression this was student housing but my roommates were just working professionals. Most people are just working professionals living in an apartment building made for students. They have a pool but it was constantly being broken into by a bad crowd. People that don't live there patrol the parking lot waiting for people to open up the community room at night so they can throw parties and trash the game room/tv room. Needless to say, it was widely uncomfortable to have random strangers asking for your gate key late at night on the regular. They ended up closing this room at night because this was such a problem. The shuttle also breaks down at least once a week. I like the staff but there are more stories that make this place feel unsafe and not like a college campus apartment building.
