GrandView Flats and Townhomes

I love these apartments. The one bedrooms are big enough for a single student or a couple. The property is well kept. It is also conveniently located close to major retailers like Walmart, Target, Meijer, etc and numerous restaurants, grocery stores, recreational areas. You'll need a car to get around though as the area (like much of South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger) is not walkable. It takes about 7 mins to drive to campus. There is a pool but the gym equipment could use an upgrade!

This is a great place to stay whether you are alone or have family. It has very few issues and they are super helpful here. I have not had any issues with my apartment in my time here. If I had any issues they were on it right away.

Grandview Flats is a new, safe, well-kept apartment in a great location! It's fully stocked with amenities: An outdoor pool, two gyms, an indoor golf simulator, and an attached Bar-Louie.

-Grandview is about a 10-minute drive from campus (roughly the same amount of time it would take to walk from apartments near the campus). -Target, Walmart, Costco, Marshalls, Home Depot, Menards, and a ton of restaurants are within a five-minute drive.
-The neighborhood is VERY dog friendly and the complex has a large gated area for pets to run/play.
-Overall, our experience has been excellent and I would highly recommend this apartment for students (with a car), who want to live in a safer location a few minutes away from campus, save money, and enjoy the amenities that some of the other apartment near campus won't offer.

It’s about a 10 minute drive from campus, so you get better bang for your buck. The apartments themselves are solid and new (all built after 2015 or so). They just put in a good sized dog park which is good for pets. There are a few restaurants in the complex too and the grocery store is right across the street.

Very nice area, close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Takes about 10-12 minutes to drive into campus each morning. Great for dog owners with plenty of nearby quiet neighborhood streets to walk. Pool and gym at main building. Secure package room.
