Good for what you pay for

Great location but noisy because of proximity to freeway. You get what you pay for. The management company is not the most responsive but laundry is free in the basement and the people in the building are generally respectful.

Four Star Realty

Worst leasing company. Committed fraud and had to threaten them to get what I was offered. Copious other reviews online indicating their faults. Apartment is nice, though.

2320 S University Blvd

The washer and dryer have not worked the entire time I have lived there.
The price is really good for what I am getting. I pay rent that includes all utilities except for internet/cable. The house immediately next door is a little sketchy. My apartment has new appliances and has recently been renovated, which is nice.

Good Grad Student Apartment

The apartment provided the best combo of price and proximity to campus. Helps being a grad student a lot easier being close to campus and different transit options.
