They didn’t need to close the pool so soon
I love the space, I love that it’s close to campus, and my unit is really convenient. But I feel like I’m being nickled and dimed everywhere. When they closed the pool in mid September for the rest of the year, I was pissed off. We had plenty of warm days left in the year thanks to climate change. Also, weird neighbors

Good apartment
Apartment is very close to lightrail and school. Downside- no in-unit washer/dryer and an older building

Great location. Apartment is older. No air circulation unless you have patio door open - which has I25 traffic noise all the time. Chiller system setup. I keep my heat at 63 and it gets up to 70+ at times. Summer time the chiller system does well for the most part. I do have a portable AC unit to supplement. Shared laundry which isn’t awesome but better than laundromat. Cheap rent for location was the driving factor.

Great apartment and safe and quite building.
It’s a quiet building, safe, and just across campus. The manager is really nice, you can go downstairs and talk to her about any issues. They are accommodating. The maintenance person is also very nice and quick. Also, the university of Denver station is right next to the building.

Easy access to campus and light rail. Much quieter than I would have expected. Not much in the way of amenities, but the apartment is spacious for the price, and there is a pool/barbeque area that can be used in the warmer months.

Relatively cheap, good enough
Overall, I am happy with the apartments. They have decent remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Some issues with parking availability and monthly utility charge seems too high as it only covers gas, water, and trash.

Old building with old building's problems. Spacious. Great maintenance/managemnt team (they fix things over the weekend if necessary). Noise issues (close to the highway), thin walls (got a complain about my typing at night.
