Studio

This studio is about 260 sq feet and the building is pretty old. They flooring has been updated relatively recently and there’s no carpet so it’s easy to keep clean. The ceilings on the second floor as super high and parking is easy. The fixtures (oven,fridge) are dated but not too bad. There is no dishwasher and there is a laundry room in the building.

Blue Spruce Apartments

It is an okay apartment. The management has been good so far and maintenance is really quick to respond. It is definitely an older building but I haven't noticed any big issues. There is laundry on site that you can pay for using an app and there is a good amount of parking. There is no AC.
