Great complex overall
Love my apartment layout- plenty of living space, good appliances, great amenities, fast maintenance, nice/responsive management. My only complaint is the noise- undergrads can live in this building and there's ongoing construction on 19th, so sometimes parties at night and construction during the day gets on my nerves. Overall I like it enough that I'll probably stay here as long as I'm in Nashville.

Great apartment for the price
Most worth it apartment for the price. 2100 for a 1 bed in a luxury apt is a good price in this area, and the concierge and management are awesome. Everyone’s super friendly and they try to accommodate you down to the smallest thing, like opening the resident door if they see you coming. Very secure building with nice amenities, and the repair team is awesome too

Morris review
My apartment has had a lot of maintenance issues, but they still increased my rent $400 this past summer, which makes sense bc of how bad the nashville housing market is but was really frustrating because of all of the problems I dealt with when I moved into the unit. They were relatively quick to fix the issues, but clearly made no effort to prevent these issues before I moved in. Ultimately though the location is really good, so I sucked it up
I would also not recommend signing at the Morris in the summer, as their prices are super inflated (~500$ more than fall/winter prices).

Love living here, new management is not my favorite
I have absolutely loved living here, and have stayed in the same apartment throughout my time at law school! The building recently changed management companies and they are implementing a few building policies that feel a bit like micromanagement. But other than that it’s a great place to live!

High class, bad security, loud undergrads
Overall, not a bad place to live. Super convenient walk to campus. Not a great value, but the amenities are very high end. There are break ins in the garage and the apartment doesn't care at all.
Also, there are tons of undergrad Vandy students in this apartment that are super loud and annoying.

The Morris
Great location and apartment!
It's very close to Owen and the bars on Division St. Many students live here too. The only thing I don't like is that it can get a little noisy in the mornings because there's a construction happening right in front of the Morris.

Excellent Apartment
The Morris is a great apartment complex! Depending on when you sign, you can get a pretty good rate. Mine was initially in the $1650 range and then went up to $1815 after 12 months. It's a quick, 10-minute walk to campus and nice to have so many classmates in the building and surrounding apartments. They have great amenities (gym, pool, common area, etc.) and the managers/maintenance team is extremely responsive. Having a 24/7 concierge service is also amazing - the team is great. As a female, I really appreciate the privacy/security - I can only get to my floor and amenity floors and the garage is gated. Highly recommend if this is within your budget!

Great Apartment!
The Morris is great for Owen students. It is in a great location - ~10 minute walk to Owen, plenty of restaurants and bars within close distance. The amenities are also great - nice gym, great pool, rooftop grill areas, etc. The staff is also really friendly and likes to get to know residents. The only downside is the current noise from construction happening right across the street.

Pricey but great amenities
The Morris is the nicest apartment building within walking distance to campus. Although rent is more expensive, you get what you pay for - 24 hour concierge, parking, great amenities (pool, gym) and all 15 minute walk from the medical school.
