Living at The Broadview
I have really enjoyed living at The Broadview! While my apartment is quite small, it was by far the cheapest I could find to live alone (all in, including utilities/amenities fees). It is also a flat rate per month, so you don't need to predictively budget for utilities. With how busy my grad school schedule is, the tight space doesn't really bother me, and I'm still able to host friends. Plus, there are an abundance of hangout and study spaces throughout the building to offset the cons of studio living!

Broadview Studio Review
Pros: 15 minute walking distance from MCE, nice amenities (courtyard, study room, game lounge, etc), friendly & mostly accessible staff, parking is at Terrace Place Garage (which is VU, so just one permit also allows you to park on campus), residents mostly grad and professional students
Cons: rooms on the small side, walls/windows VERY thin (can hear cars and especially ambulances driving past, for instance; although this may just be a feature of all apartments, especially in this area)

Great location, great study. Very small living space.
In general, great location and property. Staff are friendly and lots of study spaces. The tenants are all students, so generally respectful and pleasant. They have opened housing up to undergrads and other schools though as they are hurting with occupancy. So atmosphere could change.
However, what they charge for how small the floor plans are is highway robbery.
Coffee shop in the lobby is a big plus.

New construction, good amenities but not spacious
New apt with good amenities. Not very spacious and loud noised from tenants above.

Expensive but good
Expensive to live at Broadview but it is worth it.

Broadview review
I really like the location in midtown. It’s close to school and other places. The rooms are a bit small and management can sometimes take a while to respond or forget to follow up on things. They are a nice team otherwise. The gym is pretty good and there are lots of study spaces. One thing to keep in mind is that the AC is controlled in the tower. Whatever the majority of people want whether it’s heat or cooling will be what the entire floor has access too.

2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath
Expensive, close to campus, has no parking, small spaces, has helpful and friendly staff, clean, amenities aren't overcrowded, monthly events hosted by staff include games, free food, and other activities

Thin floors
Great location and quite safe.
However, floor is obscenely thin and rooms are quite small for its price.

It is good, expense and the room is tiny but you live very easily walking distance to class.

Broadview Review
I would definitely recommend the Broadview for any graduate student studying around the Midtown area. Although on the smaller side for the price, the apartments are new, clean, and come with fully functional appliances like a stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Basically everything you need in your apartment. I also enjoy the option to have the room come furnished, which removed a lot of stress leading up to and during move in. It is in a great location being less than a ten minute walk from the Vanderbilt campus, and there are a ton of great restaurants and bars in the area. The study spaces in the lobby are really nice as well. I am living in the Broadview during it's first year after opening, so there have been times where you can tell they are still working on getting their feet on the ground, but management has been super friendly and helpful. Overall, it has been a great place to live.
