The Broadview at Vanderbilt

I do love the proximity and convenience but the price is tough sometimes. however i do love this place and its a great option for students who are confused on where to live

Its a very small room, just enough to get the job done. Being next to midtown is very loud and annoying, I try to sleep most nights at my girlfriends apartment which is quieter. Being close to school and a decent gym are the only identifiable advantages.

Very convenient location, pricing is competitive for Midtown. New building so amenities are nice and lightly used. Rooms are small.

Rent wasn't too bad, but they blindsided us by not telling us that the building parking lot would be under construction all year until we actually showed up. This forced residents to find and pay for external parking elsewhere.

very small, no real closet, bedroom doors lock which makes it very easy to lock yourself out, very limited kitchen storage and counter space. couch is super uncomfortable. Love the location and though and staff are very friendly. Also love all of the events with free food. The wall are also pretty sound proof. AC/Heat units work very well and I love how there is 3 total in the unit.

I have been living in a Studio with a Murphy bed during my time here. It is safe to say that the room is compact and can feel crammed at times but that is to be expected with the small square footage. The room has everything you need, but not much else. The building is relatively new, so it is clean and I have not experienced anything that would need assistance from maintenance. The biggest gripe that I have is that the Murphy beds can feel like you're sleeping on a rock so just make sure that you get some kind of mattress topper if you opt for it.

I love living at The Broadview! It is very close to campus (less than a 10 minute walk from Owen). The facilities are great. Many, many other Owen students live at The Broadview as well so there is great community there. I love the gym, study rooms, and local coffee shop in the lobby as well.

The place has no rules, management doesn't care and everyone does whatever in this building with terrible noise isolation. It is close to Vanderbilt and this is the only positive. You can do better with your money.

The management and location are great, but the property is overpriced with very little square footage. If you look within a 5 mile radius you can get much more space for a fraction of the cost.

Great spot in midtown close to campus and many local restaurants and bars. Staff is unbelievably nice!
Tight living spaces :( but great price point
