2010
It's wonderful but it's just really expensive and they add a ton of additional fees you may not totally be experiencing.

Great place to live
It’s a great place to live! Response time from leasing office can be hit or miss, and the application process can be long and drawn out. Especially if you don’t have any credit, but I was able to make it work

Very convenient as it's very close to campus
Convenient as it's close to campus. Facilities are amazing and the staff is helpful as well. It's on the higher side of price but I believe it's worth the money based on the service, facility and convenience

2010 West End Avenue- very solid
Great so far. 3 months free for moving in. WiFi and AC work great. Gym is really solid. Outdoor green spaces is very solid- probably the best I’ve seen for affordable apartment complexes. Nice pool and hot tub. Management is responsive. Feels very safe. Parking costs some money but that’s the way it is. Also has great views on 26th floor facing west.

Do not live here
Several things in my apartment were installed incorrectly impacting the air quality in my unit, there is not enough elevators for how big the complex is and they break all the time. Foul smells are also a regular occurrence. They also don’t let you in your apartment if you get locked out even though the locks are digital and are programmed to lock automatically.

Nice Walk to Campus
Living at 2010 west end allows me to walk to the school of nursing through campus, instead of on busy streets, in about 12 minutes. There are a lot of Vanderbilt graduate students in the building. For it's young demographic, the apartment complex is pretty quiet. I love the gym and rooftop pool. The dog "park" is very small. I study in the co-working space every weekend - lots of natural light. My studio apartment has incredible storage! 24/7 concierge and multiple fob points make it very safe.

Great Apartment
I love that it is close to the law school. The amenities are new and wide open with lots of natural light. The concierge is very friendly and the safety is top-notch. The only downside is the parking garage which has had issues with the door opening and closing properly, but this does not impact my feeling on the apartment overall.
