Collegetown Terrace

The management is terrible.

CTT is a great residence for first year students. There's a large social law school community at the apartment and its a convenient walkable distance. There is also a courtesy shuttle that runs every 10 minutes directly to the law school on weekdays. One of my favorite thing about CTT are the numerous study room and communal areas as they provide great places to meet up with your friends to study. The gym is also very nice. If I were to say my least favorite things about CTT I would have to say that the parking, while convenient, is very pricey, and the mailroom is frequently disorganized and not the safest for packages.

I've had a good experience with CTT - they are efficient and professional, and when I've had issues, they resolve them quickly. They are quite expensive, though. Also, the walls are somewhat thin, so there's a bit of noise

Only issue is parking is almost 1k per year

Mostly grad students, some international students. Watchouts are high parking price of 950 per year, and the fact that the mailroom and garages are not secure. There are security cameras but they don't work.

No air conditioning but management office is helpful and the place itself is very accessible to downtown + the university. A bit overpriced but worth it for the first year

Great location (under 15 min walk to the law school) and good amenities. Gym, on-site covered parking, and a shuttle that goes to school every 10 minutes in the morning. Definitely the priciest in Collegetown but worth it if you value convenience above all else. Buildings/hallways definitely have a college dorm feel, but the units themselves are furnished a step above dorm living.

The location is unmatched. Short walk from the commons and Collegetown. The gym is nearby and the shuttle provides you with a ride straight to campus. No complaints!
