I like it and it’s in collegetown
It has an old design but the kitchen is furnished and you don’t have to come with any furniture. It’s very close to the business schools , and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There’s lots of places to get food so you’ll never go hungry. They’re clean and the maintenance team is in the building.

Overpriced, but good location
Low quality apartment, old furniture, very much like a dorm, not worth the money for the living conditions. The only thing making this property worth it is that it's a 4 minute walk from the Law School.
