It is a great combination
Belmont is close and quite. It is a little bit old but has good price.

Great for the price
Belmont is right by Loft and Trinity, so easy walking distance to Fuqua and yet probably 30-40% cheaper. You don't get the granite counters, wooden floors or nice lobby of the other places, but I calculated I probably saved $12,000 over the course of the MBA by living here. It is also quite with a nice walking path around the lake which is all fenced in for just the community to use, which the other places don't have. The pool is larger than the other spots as well. The place shows a little age but certainly not to the point of feeling crummy or dirty.

Better value if you want your own place
The Belmont is extremely close to campus and convenient. Management is responsive- you can pay rent online, it's easy to get mail and packages, and they respond to maintenance requests really quickly. My one complaint is the recycling bin a little out of the way (but you can still recycle). There is a really nice pool, an adequate gym, and a trail surrounding a pond- perfect for a jog.

Very Safe
This place feels safe, and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Recycling can be a little problematic.

Great community
Great apartment. Many events to keep you engaged. Friendly staff and management. Spacious rooms. Very close to a lot of food places via the back gate (that many do not know and it does not show on google maps). A lake and trail with hammocks to relax. Although a gated community, there are some security flaws but so far so good.

Sara apartment at belmont
The apartment is very good for a single person to live and includes oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and an air vent system. The leasing office also works very well, assisting us whenever we need.
