The Belmont Apartments reviews and highlights
- well-maintained gardens, track, and grills for public use
- clean apartment complex with a great location, facilities, and environment
- spacious and affordable with timely maintenance staff
- very quiet community and neighbors
- plenty of room for storage
- slightly older complex
- nice gym
- free parking space
- great value for money
Great community
Great apartment. Many events to keep you engaged. Friendly staff and management. Spacious rooms. Very close to a lot of food places via the back gate (that many do not know and it does not show on google maps). A lake and trail with hammocks to relax. Although a gated community, there are some security flaws but so far so good.

Sara apartment at belmont
The apartment is very good for a single person to live and includes oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and an air vent system. The leasing office also works very well, assisting us whenever we need.

Serious pest issues
During summer time, the pest issues (mainly cockroaches) are extremely serious here at Belmont. The pest control from leasing office didn't help much.

Resealable price, good services, relatively old houses but bearable
Belmont is great. It’s cheaper than the other popular ones. It has better gym and really good maintenance services. The staff are all super nice. Lots of parking spaces for free. Safe.

Great place to live!
The Belmont is a 15 minute walk from the Engineering Quad. I never saw a single cockroach, and the landscaping was always nice. I felt very safe living there, and parking was never an issue. The appliances were good, but not great. The lease agreements are not very flexible with our program. They end in May and many of us leave in December. The leasing office found somebody to take over my place and I ended up paying about 1 extra month of rent while I was not living there.
