Station Nine reviews and highlights
- close to bars and great for hosting
- maintenance requests are answered promptly
- great place to live
- small gym
- a little overpriced
- great pool in the summer
- conveniently located
Very spacious
Wonderful apartment complex with great amenities. Single apartment is very spacious and comfortable, although the price is high compared to other options in the area. Trash valet service is nice. Parking is easy, although access to public transit is sometimes difficult.

No Complaints
I read other reviews that the walls were really thin, but I've never heard my neighbors. Whenever I've put in a maintenance request, I've had it addressed quickly. In terms of convenience, you can't really beat S9 since it's close to Harris Teeter, 9th Street, and so many other Fuqua students. Not to mention the H5 bus that stops nearby to get to Fuqua.

MBA's Welcome!
Perfect for MBAs. Great value relative to big cities.

Expensive but convenient
S9 is expensive if you consider that some apartments are old and there are cheaper options in Durham. However transportation to school is easy and a lot of Fuquans live in S9

Good for social scene
Very convenient in the sense that more than half of your classmates live in the same apartment complex. Found it to be useful when making friends in the beginning of the school.

What you expect from a large apartment complex with student customers
I'm glad I live at Station Nine for the convenience of living next to most of my classmates.
The property managers can be pleasant, but are not particularly effective at resolving an issue when one does arise.

You can get to the school by bus (45 mi) or by car (10 min). Carpooling is very commom.
