Station 9
Good location. Walking distance from supermarket and restaurants. Big apartment, rent is on the higher side. Daily commute to school by sharing an uber with friends or taking the Duke shuttle which runs every 20 minutes. S9 administration is friendly and responsive

Station Nine - okay but convenient
I like the convenience of station nine (having a lot of people around- social events, academic meetings, being close to a grocery store, restaurants, sharing rides) but I feel like some facilities could be better (clubhouse, etc) and the cleanliness is an issue for me. I think they should be more careful or increase the cleaning staff

Losing its advantage
The property is aging and doesn't have some amenities or as nice of apartments as you can find elsewhere for roughly the same price

Overall not bad
Center of the MBA universe, though becoming a little over-priced lately...

Works
Expensive for what you get, but it's awesome to live with so many of your fellow students.

Very fun, mediocre management
I love S9 because everyone lives here and it's so fun to be around everyone. But management makes up random rules and does things without telling you. Like paints the hallways without putting up signs. Berkshire ninth is definitely better in terms of amenities but it's better for couples. If you're single, S9 is definitely better

Easy life
It helps that many other Fuqua students live here.

You can get to the school by bus (45 mi) or by car (10 min). Carpooling is very commom.
