Warning for Pet Owners
Station Nine refused to let me know when they planned on entering my apartment for routine maintenance so that I could be present. As a result, my emotional support dog got out and has been missing for almost half a year. Management did not let me know my dog had escaped, instead I found out through coming home to an empty apartment. They have not offered compensation or changed their apartment entry policies. They recently re-entered my apartment without even knocking and with no notice of entry time, thankfully my roommate and her dog were in a room with a shut door. My roommate, who also has an emotional support dog, has to put her dog in a local day-care facility on days when management will enter the apartment because management is unwilling to let us know when they will enter the apartment. Additionally, management enters all apartments multiple times a year for a range of activities so all residents with or without pets experience this large number of entries.

Station 9 dweller
If you don't live at S9 it will still feel like you do. A ton of organized and informal events take place here; wine around the world, pool party etc. S9 or Berskshire 9 are awesome if you want to get to know other FYs really quickly. However, Fuqua is super friendly so even if you live by yourself out of town you will still know a lot of people by the end of the first term. I have found station 9 comfortable and overall really easy to live. Enjoyed visiting friends just a few doors down and all the causal hangouts. My only really gripe with the property is the small and fairly crappy gym.

It gets the job done, and you are close to other fuqua student events
It's clean, quiet, affordable compared to some other apartments, and most Fuqua students live in S9 or in apartments within the same block which makes it a good place to socialize.

Too expensive for what it is.
It's convenient to have so many Fuqua students in the same place, but it's definitely not worth the overpriced rent.

Great for the convenience
If you are single, want the social life, want to be close to school, don't mind paying a bit extra for all of the above... then this is the perfect place! Not as hefty of a price tag as B-Main or B-9, yet still enjoy all the perks. Also, pretty convenient you can meet your classmates just down the hallway.
Only thing to be cautious about is which apartment to live in - if you don't want to be in the middle of it all, make sure you live far away from the pool/clubhouse/leasing office area.
