Good Apartment, management could be better

Apartment is beautiful and nicely located with a balcony. Because it’s close to the schools and hospitals, it’s easy to commute without a car. Property used to be owned by a nice lady who took care of the building but has since been sold to a company in Erie, PA. They are rarely responsive, difficult to contact, and have left much of the building in disrepair. Property includes parking spot (likely not to be continued since this was a legacy from previous landlord).

Incredible apartment close to everything

The apartments themselves have been beautifully remodeled. All of the tenants are friendly. The apartment is steps from Little Italy, Coventry, CWRU, UH, Cleveland Clinic, all of the attractions of University Circle.
