Pros:
Clean buildings that are probably the newest in the area, with good insulation, carpeted floors and a large living room to entertain guests. The complex has a parking lot that is regularly plowed in the winter, and each unit also gets a covered parking spot. In-unit washer and dryer means you can do your laundry at your convenience. Neighbors are quiet and the Cedar-Fairmount area, which includes the grocery store Dave's, is a 5 minute walk away. I get routine compliments from first-time visitors on how nice the place is.

Cons:
The building faces Euclid Heights Blvd so depending on whether you face the road or not, you will get road noise. The medical school is a 15-20 minute walk, which is somewhat longer than other places, though still quite manageable.

Small condo development (16 units). Newer than surrounding buildings (built in 80s) with gas heat and central air, which is rare around here. All units are two beds and two baths and are great for sharing with a roommate. In my opinion, the top units are better than bottom - they have 15 ft cathedral ceilings with skylights in the living room and a fireplace. Tends to be quieter, although this depends on your neighbors. 50/50 split between students and retirees. Great location between Coventry and Cedar-Fairmont. 20-25 minute walk to school.

Amazing, convenient, spacious and homey 2 br/2ba with washer and dryer in unit, with two parking spaces on site included (one in garage and one on surface lot). 2 balconies. Large rooms with closet space and family room with lifted ceilings. Quiet area, extremely safe. 2 block walk to Dave's grocery store/Starbucks/Buffalo wild wings/brueggers bagels/Luna cafe and bakery/others. 15 min walk (5min drive) to University hospitals, case western. 20 min walk (5 min drive to Cleveland clinic)
