Studio in old School Building

The schoolhouse building in Little Italy is an awesome place to live. Has air conditioning and is well maintained and comes with a parking space right outside which is really convenient. It's only 7-8 minutes away from the old med school and the Little Italy neighborhood itself has lots of restaurants and is homely.

Great apartment located in a well-maintained and historic building! It's situated in Little Italy, which is a fairly safe neighborhood in Cleveland and has great food. The 2 bed 1 bath apartment itself is bright and spacious. We have a dishwasher and front-loading washer/dryer located in the apartment and heating/cooling is central air (thermostat located in apartment). The condo association is prompt with any issues and our landlords are a very sweet elderly couple that live in the neighborhood. It's also a block from the Little Italy RTA station, so it's also very convenient for getting to the airport. Highly recommend!

This apartment has been a great place to live for the past 3 years! The landlords are a sweet elderly couple that live right down the street in Little Italy and they're super responsive to any problems with the apartment. The apartment itself comes with an in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove+oven, and refrigerator. There is central heat/AC (heating is gas and is included, AC is electric and not included) and you get to control your own temperatures! The apartment itself has a lot of windows and is super bright and is also very spacious--my roommate and I almost don't know what to do with all the room! Bonus--the Little Italy RTA Red Line recently opened last year (2015) and it's literally 2 blocks away, so it's super convenient for getting to/from the airport or downtown/Ohio City.
