Nice apartment near Emory
I have been to some apartment complex but MAA Briarcliff standouts to me because of its nice landscape and the Emory community here. Price is acceptable if you live with housemates. Commuting to school is convenient, you don't need a car.

MAA rental review
Pros:
1. Easy access to Emory Shuttle
2. Safe area
3. Other Emory students live in the same community
4. Pool and gym are in the community itself
5. Few good small shops and restaurants are near to MAA
Cons:
1. Management is sometimes rude
2. MAA is a little higher priced than other options
3. No big malls or pubs nearby to hang out. You have to drive a couple of miles to get to party areas.

Management awful
Love that so many people in the class live here but the management is completely unresponsive every time there is something needed.

Close to campus, other med students at the complex, good size.

Management and Quality
Poorly maintained apartments, poor management, wrong demographic of residents if you want a young community

Great value, great commute!
The apartment feels new and nice. The gym is well equipped and very convenient. The drive to school is only 10 minutes which is great. A great place to be! The gate helps me feel safe. The maintenance has also been pretty responsive. My point off is that there isn't a great walking trail on property - but sometimes I'll ✞ the street and walk in that neighborhood.

Review
Very, very convenient for Emory students due to shuttle access to campus. This is the most social location to live in because a lot of people choose to live here.

Pretty good
MAA is a beautiful location to be in, especially if you prefer being away from the main city and close to campus. It's a gated community with the shuttle stop right outside the complex. It's a bit on the pricier side, so having a couple roommates is better option than living alone.

Good apartment
Apartment is great. Clean and up to date. Trash bins are are far, though, so that’s the only bummer.

North Druid Hills Reviews
Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
