There’s really great amenities here and the utilities aren’t very expensive. In my two bedroom apartment I pay about $90 a month for utilities with my share. And parking is in the garage and is $60 a month. It’s a very secure complex and a beautiful property. I also like how close we are to everything. The metro is right next to us. And we have the mall across the street, some really good food places, and a movie theater across the street. Quite a few medical students live around this area as well

The apartment is very nice and up to date. The pricing is good as well. The ease of access to the metro is very convenient and there is plenty of stores within walking distance, however, the area is not the safest.

I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests are completed within a timely manner. The building is usually clean and has nice landscaping.

The front desk is quick to respond. Package pickup is convenient. A relatively quiet apartment complex and conveniently located right next to the metro

I enjoy living in Hyattsville at Mosaic. There are a lot of grocery stores and food spots in the area and the metro is a 2 minute walk away which is very accessible to the city and to campus.

Great space. Not the cheapest for being out in Hyattsville but it is a nice space. It is right next to the mall and is in walking distance of 2 super markets. It is directly adjacent to the metro station making the commute much easier. Not as social a space, neighbors include families and professionals. No dedicated security or reception. The doors lock behind you when you enter.

Really comfortable and affordable apartment, it’s located right next to the metro and there are many stores across the street including target and a mall. Many other grocery stores are in walking distance as well as a movie theater. LA Fitness and Planet Fitness are across the street 3 min away walking. Been staying here since first year and it’s a great place if you’re looking for bang for your buck.
