Very satisfied with my apartment
My apartment is spacious with lots of storage. The amenities are great. There are two rooftop areas with amazing views. The building provides free coffee/tea and a great gym. It organizes food/drinks events once in a while in the club for residents.
It is also pet friendly with an area in the building for dog walking.
The management is very helpful. They help residents move furniture, print documents, etc.
USPS and Fedex come to the building daily. It makes returning parcel really easy.
The only downside is the price. The rent is quite expensive.

Once you get over the price this is the best apartment in Madison, hands down.

Great
Great management and staff. The pet walk is amazing and convenient for taking out pets. The complex is very secure with great views and an amazing gym/amenities. Only downside is that the apartments are a little smaller than the competitors like Domain with comparable prices.
