Great place close to campus with lots of other law students

Expensive but solid apartment

I've had a great experience at Domain. The location cannot be beat. The staff is helpful and professional. They are very pet friendly which is something I was looking for. Overall, highly recommend. My personal floor plan has limited sunlight - my only recommendation is make sure you see the unit first. That was my mistake!

Domain is a great place to live in an amazing location! The location is probably the best part about living there. There is also a gym and a pool with very nice communal facilities.

Overall great apartment in a great area. The amenities are good, including a decent gym and outdoor pool. The only downsides is the high cost of the rent and that no utilities are included in the rent price.

Very pet friendly. I also love that there are complimentary storage units in the basement.

It's definitely a more expensive building in Madison, but its nice. My only complaint is that there has been a lot of construction/disruption this year by the management company as they are replacing pipes. I would definitely recommend it over The Lux. They are similar buildings; Domain is a little nicer and a littler more expensive, but I've heard bad things about how that building is managed. I definitely think living in Domain is worth paying the extra money. I will be renewing my lease

I love my studio apartment at Domain! It is the perfect size for one person and I like having a balcony and amenities in the building. The finishes are high quality and everything feels new and clean. However, they have had to do a lot of work on the building's plumbing which has resulted in the water being shut off several times and workers having to enter my apartment up to three times a week, which is very distracting when I am trying to study or have virtual meetings. I have also had issues with the heat in my apartment. The staff of the building is very friendly and helpful with the issues but they are still an inconvenience.

Great location. Quiet apartments, rarely hear neighbors. Pool is nice in the summer, but the building blocks the sun by about 3pm. 750 sqft seems like a large space, but the bathroom is big and takes up a big portion of that--small bedroom and living area.

I love living at the Domain even though it is on the higher side of rent. I’m in a great location close to the business school as well as the Capitol. There’s a small grocery store just across the street. The apartments are new and clean with a very responsive staff.
