Wonderful place to live in the heart of the city

Everything is fantastic except for the washer machine and the parking situation. Also you cannot control whether the AC or heat is on, which makes for some very warm temperatures during spring. The location cannot be beat and the staff are exceptional.

Amazing amenities and staff. Great location and apartment is spacious with lots of light. I love how there is a good mix of Wharton students and real people and the management team at the building has always been responsive and attentive to our needs.

Awesome building with amazing amenities (gym, roof deck, pools, function room) and incredibly nice doorman. On the pricier side but you get a lot for the money.

The building has a great location an amazing amenities. All the units are renovated and have hard wood floors. Try renting from an owner as Allan Dombe is way more pricey and has terrible service.

Great value for the money, beautiful building

Right on Rittenhouse Square, so at the center of the action socially. However it's a few blocks further from Penn than would be ideal. The amenities at the Parc are awesome - rooftop pool, modern gym, etc. Management and the doormen in this building are great. Perhaps not the best "value", but you get one of the best buildings in Center City.

My building, Parc Rittenhouse, is highly recommended (though avoid apts adjacent to the Chancellor St. alley if you can't deal with some noise) for its nice apts and great amenities. Allan Domb management is a different story - they have lied to me repeatedly to avoid having to deal with apartment issues as they arise and will take months to deal with problem. Their staff/office is so disorganized that they once called me to discuss eviction due to rent delinquency because they were unaware my rent check had cleared weeks prior.

Doormen, location, apartments are great. A little on the pricier side but worth every penny. Make sure you do not get one of the apartments facing the side alley, as those apartments can be very noisey. Otherwise, would recommend the building to any Wharton student (a good number live here as is)

Parc is a great place to live, with a great location. The staff is what really sets this building apart, as they are warm and friendly, while also being extremely attentive, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend this building to anyone.
