Sunny, quiet apartment
I've really enjoyed living at Fairview. My apartment is spacious and has large windows in the living room and bedroom, letting in lots of natural sunlight. Rent includes all utilities plus internet and cable, which is really convenient! Management is very friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is an A/C unit in the bedroom. Laundry is in the basement and accessible by elevator. Overall, the complex is very quiet and enjoyable to live in. It is about a 15 minute walk to the law school.

Old building but inside of the apartment is nicer. Can rent furniture from Fairview for $30/mo. includes kitchen table, loveseat, full bed, desk, and dresser. Parking is covered. Management responds quickly.
