1919
Very Wharton heavy so not a great building if you want an escape. Side that faces Market street can be loud and sketchy at night. Otherwise a really nice building, with nice amenities and nice 24/7 security

Much cheaper options for equivalent amenities
Will hike up rent each year by 20-30% unless you negotiate aggressively or sign a 2-year lease. Not worth the deal they offer for first time signers given how inconvenient it is to move after. If facing Market Street, apartment is very loud.

Very premium place
Premium apartment with great amenities and management. Definitely overpriced so do try to negotiate the rent.

It’s ok
The apartment does the job but little things add up that keep it from being great. The maintenance ppl are super friendly but the front desk attendants are doing you no favors.
Food deliveries are left downstairs. Grocery deliveries are left out instead of placed in the refrigerator in the package room. There’s a strictly enforced guest limit for the common areas (2 ppl). Other common areas require an hourly rental fee. The gym only has heavy weights. Deliveries have to be sent to an offsite third party.
Maybe this is just Philly, but it’s annoying given the rent price.

Luxury apartment with excellent amenities
Building has top amenities like golf simulator, rooftop, and lots of common space.

Good apt with lots of Wharton students

Nice building, but can be expensive
I got a decent deal on a studio, so I took it. The building and the facilities are nice (rooftop, gym etc.). Price can be high and is algorithm-driven so often non-negotiable. It is a little far from Campus compared to some other buildings.
