Convient Living

Living here is amazing. They recently renovated the building and it's beautiful. The utilities are all included in the rent. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The laundry room was recently renovated and its very nice and never crowded. The business center is very nice as well. There are many different events that the 2200 team puts on for the community including board game night, Zumba, paint and sip, and holiday parties. All free for residents. The maintenance crew and fast and efficient. This place is a little pricey so it would be in your best interests to move in with a roommate unless you can afford 1600-2300 per month on your own. No pets allowed which I love. Overall great place to live.

Columbia Pike

I live at Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA. Working in Washington, DC (where the rent is much higher), this apartment building definitely suits my needs. Very easy commute into the city, and also some really great amenities even in the area. Arlington is an up and coming neighborhood with mostly people in their 20s and 30s. Bars and great restaurants in the area. Building itself is pretty good (not too old). Rent affordable. And whenever there is an issue that needs fixing, the Columbia Pike management is always quick to provide assistance. Happy to be here!

Columbia Pike Reviews

Alcova heights, sort of suburban very quiet and very safe but walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Nice and diverse neighborhood. Up and coming. Safe and convenient. Lots of options for food and drinks. Close proximity to DC and Tyson's Corner. Lots of new construction.
I love Columbia pike. It is affordable to live here.
Close to many grocery stores, convenient stores and many restaurants. Very quick to Pentagon City metro station or Clareden metro station
The neighborhood is very family friendly. I can walk, bike, or bus easily to the metro/Pentagon City mall or bus/bike to the law school. Walking distance to fair assortment of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. on Columbia Pike. Neighborhood is dotted with parks, tennis courts, short bike path, and other recreation.
Absolutely lovely place to live. Lots of food options in a highly diverse neighborhood.
Been built up a lot in the last few years with a Harris Teeter in walking distance. Lots of metro bus lines right outside the door with a shuttle to the metro
More working class up and down the pike, no bars or anything of that sort. But close enough to Ballston and Shirlington.
