The Prime at Arlington Courthouse reviews and highlights
- very safe neighborhood
- expensive parking
- great dog park for dog lovers
- responsive maintenance staff
- location is great -- just a short walk to the CourtHouse Metro Station
- lots of modern appliances and beautiful layouts
Great location for newlyweds!
The Prime is ideally located in Courthouse and the apartments are great. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steal appliances. It is a very quiet building and home to many young couples and families. The only thing missing is balconies and a pool on location.

Pretty Good For An Apartment
If you are looking for lots of fancy amenities this isn't the building for you, the amenities are pretty bare bones as there is no gym, no rooftop. Otherwise the building is great, the apartments are large and have hard wood floors, nice tiles, and good appliances. We have been here for 2 years and if possible would love to buy our apartment. Unfortunately they aren't for sale so we will be moving soon.

Great for a Family
Overall, we enjoy our apartment. It is a little pricey and this building does not participate in the affordable housing program.

Nice building in a safe neighbrohood
Easy commute to campus. Would recommend to get a little better deal on rent if you don't mind a short metro ride. Also very safe neighborhood.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
