Great light and Spacious Rooms

With floor to ceiling sliding glass doors onto a lovely terrace, this apartment has more than enough light during the day. The common areas and the bedrooms have more than enough space and are only made larger by the big windows. I love this apartment and would look to live anywhere else.

Spacious and Light

This apartment has large common areas and bedrooms. All rooms have big beautiful window that let in tons of sunlight, so during the day there is a gorgeous glow. The management team is always helpful and considerate. They are always around when you need some help.

Great Location

I have lived in this building for two years now, and the best thing about it would be the location. It is right near the courthouse metro station which gives you the luxury of being close to clarendon with bars and restaurants with not much noise. The building is always kept clean and has a small gym with a few machines.

Great place to live

I picked my apartment for the location and the out door space. I love having a terrace when it is nice outside and the large windows are great! It is very convenient to have a CVS and the Metro right across the street and it takes no time to get into downtown DC.

Convenient, not Accomodating

This location is extremely convenient, and in our time here, the prices have went down a bit to become more reasonable, respectively. The building atmosphere is very private...I don't know the name of a single person in the building and none of the front desk staff know our names after several years. If that is what you are looking for, great, but as young professionals, the environment we would prefer is a bit more friendly. Noise complaints are never addressed (emails are straight-up ignored by management), and facilities fixes are done quickly but often very messily or incompletely. Urgent situations, like getting stuck in the elevator, have been handled very dismissively and without the level of urgency one would expect. Smaller issues like an often-broken garage door, and extremely strict enforcement of the pool policy by a very harsh new life-guard (it is not relaxing to watch you scream at kids who lightly splashed each other alone in the pool) make the situation less than pleasant.

If you like privacy, this could be your jam, but it was not ours.

Great starter place

Great starter place when you are looking out of town but definately expensive and can find places more affordable in the area. Great location and great staff who are very responsive. Nice pool but it is shadowed by the building so pointless if you are trying to tan. Overall would recommend but too expensive to afford alone!

Nice apartments, great location, but lots of street noise

This building couldn't be more conveniently located -- a block away from the Metro, CVS across the way, farmers' market every weekend by Courthouse, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's a short walk over at Clarendon. I live alone in a 1BR, and the apartment is spacious and convenient, with a washer/dryer in unit. The building has a small gym and a pool on the ground level. When I was apartment hunting in 2014, I got the impression that many of the buildings in this area are slowly renovating away from wall-to-wall carpeting and updating kitchen surfaces (to wider black granite counters). This building is somewhere in the middle of that process -- my living room has wood floors (recently done, from what I understand), but the bedroom still has carpeting and the kitchen surfaces are a bit outdated (might be a kind of gray formica).

My only real complaint is that my unit faces Veitch street, which makes a fairly noisy intersection with Wilson Blvd. There's a delivery truck that seems to come by every Sunday evening (around 2am) to service the office building across the street (I can hear their activities even with my windows closed), as well as what I assume are garbage collection trucks outside my window, very early on Monday mornings. (Basically, my Sunday night's sleep is interrupted every week.) The other side of the building might be quieter, although they recently started a new building construction on that side.

Really nice apartment in a great location

GREAT LOCATION and LOTS OF SPACE. Brand new kitchen, management is great. Cost is pricey, but to be honest roughly the same for anywhere in DC.

The property is set in a residential area that is pleasant and safe. Custis trail is nearby for running, biking, and walking. It provides easy and quick access to the city and Rosslyn. I love this trail.

MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
When I first came to school everyone said DuPont circle was the place to live and I wanted to be in the scene with everyone. After living in Arlington, I do not regret this decision at all. Everything is so clean and classy and safe. It is really the perfect community filled with young professionals. I personally think it is a better place for networking than the city.
Average neighborhood, food scene is unexceptional. If the law school wasn't right here I wouldn't be living here. Tons of crowds and people not taking masks / social distancing / pandemic in general serious and going to bars and clubs.
Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Near Trader Joe’s, Giant, and Whole Foods for grocery needs. Metro transit steps away, but also a quick walk to Roslyn or Courthouse.
Great local area. Night life is okay, but very tailored to ex-frat bros. Tons of great food and an easy commute to the city.
Very walkable area, lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Area feels safe to walk around even at night.
Metro, bars, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, breweries, etc. all a block or two away.
Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, parks, dog park, etc.
