Best Building

211 E Delaware is in a great location! Walking distance between shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Navy Pier, the beach, the lake. Living in this building is so convenient and there is a small gym, and a rooftop, but the management staff is very nice.

Fabulous Place

This is a wonderful place to live if you are in your mid-late 20's and have a good job. It is a little expensive, but well worth it if you like the lake and you like shopping. The gym is convenient and laundry is easily accessible in the basement, and bike storage is always a plus!

Perfect Place to Live

This apartment building is the ideal place to live. With fantastic amenities such as a gym, and a rooftop lounge, there is nothing to complain about, except how expensive it is. The rent is high, but you pay for the location, which is only steps away from Michigan Ave, and a block from the lake, it's an unbeatable place to call home

The Best Building

211 E Delaware is hands down one of the best places that I've ever lived. It's in the best location, only a block from Michigan Ave shops, and I even have lake views from my bed room and bathroom. The gym is a little small, but it has everything you need, and there is even a rooftop lounge area that has amazing views of the lake!

Location Location Location

Ultimately you pay for the convenient location. This 17 story building is beautiful, and has a rooftop lounge, as well as a small gym. There is usually someone at the door to let you in. Not far from Michigan Ave shops, this apartment is close to all of the action. The only thing missing is a pool!

Wonderful Building

211 E Delaware staff are friendly and reliable. The gym on the top floor is nice, and the views are even better. The studio apartments are kind of small, but enough space to live in if you are living by yourself. The roof top is awesome and has a great view as well! Overall, a great place to live.

Amazing Building

This building is a little out-dated, but the kitchens and bathrooms are all some-what new. Sitting on Delaware Pl, this apartment is in a prime location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, as well as being about a block from the lake. The only downside is that there is only one elevator, as well as living on the top floor, it gets extremely hot in the summertime

Great location

Live in a great location, with great city life. A block from Michigan Ave, and a block from the John Hancock building provides endless things to do in Chicago. The gym is convenient, and the laundry center is easily accessible. Additionally, there is bike storage in the basement. Only downside, is there is only 1 elevator for 17 floors.

Management Doesn't Care

The location of this building is absolutely perfect - you couldn't ask to be more central in Chicago. However, the management in this building is horrific. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone who works in the building, and they don't care about you unless they can make more money off of you. Rents increase every year you're living there.

Terrible Management

Very bad communication, building is a great location but the value for your dollar is not worth it. Management is terrible. They do not respond to any calls. They do not respond to maintenance requests. They have an extreme lack of professionalism.

Streeterville Reviews

Perfect location for Feinberg, almost feels like a small slice of a college town because so many of your neighbors will be students, residents, nurses, etc at the hospital. You do get sirens fairly often depending on where you live since the emergency room is very close. The neighborhood doesn't have too many restaurants/bars but it is walking distance to River North and Gold Coast and the rest of the city is easily accessed by public transport. Much safer than most neighborhoods in Chicago.
Streeterville is a very nice neighborhood. There are plenty of parks and grocery stores. There is some late night crime due to the location downtown and close to the beach, but overall nothing worse than anywhere else.

There are some more expensive restaurants and fast food places. Navy Pier attracts a lot of tourists and they can be annoying to navigate around.
I enjoy living in Streeterville since it's near many of Chicago attractions without feeling overwhelming like in the Loop. I am able to walk around safely at night and I like going jogging in Millennium Park. My biggest complaint would be the lack of greenery in the area and how the city can feel a little bit insulating at times. Public transportation is great. This area is pricey, which is why I decided to have a roommate.
The Streeterville area was still pretty sleepy when I moved here three years ago. Since then, there has been an incredible amount of development. New luxury apartments and condos are going up, several new restaurants, a brand new target and Whole Foods. Its become a great place for professionals who enjoy living downtown, but without the club crowds in River North.
There are a few buses that are near by that help get residents down to the loop. Also it's pretty easy to walk around and the cross walks are pedestrian friendly. I'm always able to get around by foot and buses/trains. Streeterville is a very safe neighborhood and I've never felt unsafe walking around at night. The streets are well lit.
Noise is not usually too big of an issue in this neighborhood; it's pretty quiet at night.
There are multiple grocery stores nearby for multiple choices. Also there are a bunch of great places to eat so one will not get bored with options.
While on the expensive end in Chicago, streeterville is safe, has all the necessities (look for apts near grocery stores if you don't have a car!!), is super close to school (and most feinberg students so convenient for socializing), and is super close proximity to restaurants and bars.
This building is located in the center of everything you could possibly need. Whole foods and Jewel within walking distance, easy to get to the lake front, and plenty of good restaurants and bars. The only down side is that it does not really have a "neighborhoody" feel.
Love how close we are to the medical school, makes going to class really easy. A lot of students live in Streeterville so it is very easy to hangout with friends. There are also a few coffee shops in the neighborhood that are very fun to study at!
