Good price
My apartment is about twenty minutes away from the University. The management has failed to tell us several important things, but overall is pretty good for the price. They have lots of amenities including a nice dog park and a pool. I would only live here if I had access to a car.

A good compromise
Meadow Creek is a solid compromise for those looking to save money by living a little further away. Although it's up in Gunbarrel, driving only takes about 20 minutes or a bus takes 45 minutes to an hour. The apartment is spacious enough, there's a pool and a (very) small gym. It's within running distance of the boulder res and a bunch of other trails. Going to the mountains is one of my biggest priorities and it's a little cumbersome having to drive all the way through Boulder and then down to Golden to get to I-70, but you get what you pay for. Parking is free.

Meadow Creek Apartments Review
Cost efficient if you don't mind a small commute.

Decent Living Experience Outside of Boulder
I've lived in the same apartment at Meadow Creek since moving to Colorado for law school in Aug. 2021. The property has some downfalls including: (1) lack of insulation so noise from other residents carries; (2) old buildings (specifically pipes) which has resulted in water being shut off multiple times to repair; and (3) certain amenities breaking (i.e. pool and hot tub). That being said, it's only 15-20 minutes to the school, the size of the apartments are decent, and the cost is lower compared to most other apartments in the area. Would definitely recommend touring first to see if it's something you'd like and I would not live on the 1st floor because of the noise issues.

Decent Living Experience Outside of Boulder
I renewed my lease with this apartment complex from my 1L to 2L year. It's located between Boulder and Longmont and has been an ideal location given my roomate and I can easily split the difference for work and school. Rent is good for the 3 BR option and the property is relatively well-maintained. I would not recommend living in any of the first-floor apartments here as insulation is non-existent so it's very loud.

Solid Place to Live with Roomates
I moved out to CO with two friends and we rented out a 3BR 2BA here. Space for price is good. Rent doesn't include any utilities, separate parking and pet fees as well. The price of a 1 BR is very pricey but if you do have someone to live with, I'd say it's worth the price and the commute to school is only 15-20 minutes. Management is not very responsive but can't say that's outside the norm of most apartments these days.

Nice place to live
I haven't had any issues of any kind, which has been a huge stress relief. The apartment is definitely more space than I need, and it's 15 minutes from downtown Boulder, but the surrounding area has some nice breweries and nature trails. It is a very pet friendly complex and has its own dog park!
