New at Water Tower
We just moved into Water Tower a few months ago, and overall love it. The location is amazing, 5min walk from Olde Town Arvada and our apartment is much more spacious than the one we had in Denver for a slightly cheaper price.
The one downside would be slow management response to maintenance issues, both in our apartment and in the shared amenity spaces.
