The Lexicon Condos
The Lexicon is a great (relatively new) building only about 2 miles from the GWU campus. It's located within a half mile from a Trader Joe's and a Harris Teeter's and is just down the street from Union Market. You also have easy access to several bus stops, the red line, and multiple capital bike stations! The apartment itself is really nice, but may be a bit pricey for solo living. You also won't be able to see available units by going to the building website because they are all individually owned condos. My partner and I rent our unit and found listings for this building on different apartment sites like PadMapper, Apartments.com, etc.
