Good Option For Students Not Interested In Traditional Student Housing

This is a very clean, well-maintained property in Downtown Baton Rouge. It is right above Matherne's, which is convenient for groceries and basics. Management is friendly and helpful, responding to maintenance requests quickly. Security is effective, the neighborhood is exciting, and I love the rooftop deck.

My only gripe is that parking is not included and costs $125/month if you park at their lot. The apartment would seem like a great value otherwise, but that aspect is unfortunate. Monthly parking at nearby lots is a good bit cheaper, though.

Overall, it was a good option and I'm strongly considering re-signing for next year.
