location is the only advantage

Advantages:
close to campus, within walking distance to PFT
newly refurbished
dishwasher
nice from the inside
management is nice but useless
close to LTRC
close to some restaurants (however cutting the street is very dangerous)
the Sunday shuttle used to have a stop near this building but not anymore

Disadvantages:
Unfurnished
Not gated community
Laundry room with only three washers and three dryers for each building.
pets are allowed, you could see unleashed dogs most of the time
slow repairs
expensive compared to others
noise on game days.
thin walls you can hear your neighbor's
stairs are unstable when you get to the upper apartments
the rent increases with every renewal
during summer they stop all repairs except for the AC
laundry rooms are neglected and most of the time are dirty
laundry rooms are not locked incidents have been reported
there are no security cameras
on game day people come and park and use the building and its utilities

Good option

I don't have a car and I am a very late person, so I decided to live as close as possible to campus. This place is unique.
