Kress Review

Nice apartment in a great location, very convenient to get to campus. Small property so not a lot of tenants. The management is pretty good and fixes maintenance issues fast. AC does well in the summer to keep cool. Only issues are noise from the busy area can be distracting, and some warped floors due to the old building. Best price for the area.
