Okay for what it is.

You get what you pay for. Rent here is so cheap, but there is no gate, shootings about once every couple of months, and burglaries. Some of the amenities are not good quality, like the oven, which cooks terribly uneven. Additionally, there is always trash everywhere because the residents here do not have the common courtesy to pick up after themselves. However, I would like to say that the staff is phenomenal. It's in a decent location and close to a lot of stuff. Also, the air conditioning is wonderful. So overall I would say it's pretty average, maybe a little below average because of the shootings.
