Amenities are decent, maintenance is very helpful. Management is not great!

The location is great because it is only a 5 minute drive to the law school. There is an onsite gym which is on the nicer end for apartment gyms that has weights, cardio equipment and a basketball half court. There is a pool. The buildings are older construction though and I have had a couple minor issues (a leak and the A/C went out).
One of the gates is always broken and open though so anybody can walk into the property.

I’ve enjoyed it so far. But they just came under new management this year so I can’t say for certain that I will continue to. The gym hands-down is the best of all apartments in Fort Worth. Very close to school.

Love the physical apartment and amenities in the property! However, they recently switched management and they are very difficult to work with.

I love my apartment. The space is really large and an amazing layout. The apartment complex has a lot of green space and includes a dog park. Also, the location is amazing. It is right next to downtown, only a 10 minute walk to sundance square and less than a 10 minute drive to West 7th.

The gym is awesome, and maintenance is really fast. Everything is easy and through an app so that’s cool too. There’s free and gated parking so if your friends come visit you they don’t have to pay to park or have to have you validate their parking. It’s 5 minutes away from west 7th and about 7 minutes away from school so convenient for both. Pet friendly as well! Tom Thumb the grocery store is 5 min away as well.

First year living here was great. However there was recently a change in management which has caused some concern for myself and other residents. With renovation underway, parking has gotten worse and there are workers constantly working at inconvenient times (E.g. 7 AM on Sunday). The gates often stop working in the winter and this results in the gates being left open all day and night.

The amenities (like the gym and pool) are great, but the rent is still a little high for sub-par management. We recently came under new management that is still working out some kinks. They are doing a lot of work on the exterior, which is great, but it has taken them more than a month to replace lightbulbs in my kitchen! I would recommend when you go for tours that you see not only the model apartment but the apartment you have actually applied for. For example, mine was supposed to have a sunroom, and it does not really--it's just open. It make the space look bigger, but not what I expected. Also, mine had carpeting when the model did not (I think that is standard). Overall I've had a decent experience, but nothing to rave about for the price. My main draw was the location.
