The Residence is Excellent

The parking garage is underground and can only be accessed by residents after 6pm and throughout the weekend. Residents are allowed access to their floor only. Security guard patrols every evening and morning. Several social events hosted by the management team. The rooftop pool and view is spectacular. It's about 7-10 min from LSU campus. Great restaurants and social activities around.

Living the high life

Nicest apartment in Baton Rouge - trust me, I toured them all. Located in one of the few high-rises in the heart of downtown, only 10-15 mins from campus. Brand new everything (nobody lived in my unit before me). As a law student it is very nice living in such a nice place, but it is very expensive.
