You cannot find a place closer to Vanderbilt for a better price point. It's not the most extravagant building, but it is incredibly convenient and management is great.

The amenities are only fine, the gym is there but nothing special. The walls seem to be thick and the space in the apartments is great. For the price, this is one of the best buildings in Midtown if you don't need fancy amenities.

Great apartment, amazing Management

2. Safe and well maintained
3. Friendly and helpful property manager. As an international I had to open a bank account in USA to pay the rent and deposit. The property manager was very accommodating regarding the same. Also on advice about stores, farmers markets etc , she is generally the first person I talk to and is very helpful.
4. Decent size rooms

Literally a seven minute walk from the nursing building, ten to the hospital. Parking is included with a small remote fee, but everything's in walking distance anyways. The office lady, Shannon, is very sweet and always friendly. We're in a two bedroom, one bath, with both residents in the nursing program, and its the perfect location. I have no complaints other than the street traffic can be a little loud at night.

I absolutely love 20 and Grand! This is my fourth year of living here. The management truly could not be better- they are so kind and any maintenance is always completed in a day. The space is amazing- I love how large the apartment is. It is a very close walk to campus, less than 10 minutes, and very safe.

Twenty and Grand is a nice, though not extravagant, apartment complex. The location is pretty amazing, situated right on 21st street next door to the chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, CAVA, dunkin donuts, ice cream shops, and more. It's about a 10 minute walk to the school of medicine and directly across from the business school. The office management people are so kind and really go above and beyond for their residents! It is very secure and safe as well and great for pets.
