Not really good
Essentially all components of the apartment - dishwasher, washer/drier, shower, sinks, cupboards, carpet - are all outdated, appear unsanitary due to wear, and function at a subpar quality. For example, our dishwasher must be run twice in order to be comfortable eating from what we put in. Parking is a plus. I wish I had my own bathroom and a larger room for comfort and storage.
