If you are looking for a very quiet, convenient location - this is it.
Very quiet and very close to campus. We really do not interact with neighbors (which can be good or bad just depending on your preferences!). We've enjoyed living here immensely. I have made it to class leaving the apartment with only 15 minutes to spare. No gym, but Mizzou's gym is less than one mile away (walkable/bikeable - plus very close to law school). I feel very safe running to/around campus in the evenings. One big downside is they have a VERY strict no-pet policy (anytime a pet is found on the premises it's a $500 fine).

Ashley Ridge is fantastic
The property is managed well. The property is owned by a funny old lady that owns several properties, and drives a bright green porsche. Her daughter and son-in-law are friendly and responsible, and do a fantastic job managing the property. The location is great, its a 10 minute walk from campus, 20 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is in great shape and has plenty of room (for my wife and me at least). The only drawback for us is no pets, but otherwise we love it! Also some of the parking spots are covered, which is amazing come winter.
Our neighbors are friendly, and quiet, mostly graduate students. This is likely one of the best places to live in COMO as grad student- great property, great location, affordable price.
