Wouldn’t Recommend
The area is very loud at night, and often feels dangerous with fights and yelling going on somewhat often. Management is not quick to respond to maintenance, and there is absolutely no way to reach them for emergencies outside of 8-5 M-F. The apartment is not well-insulated and is thus freezing all the time when it’s below about 45, no matter what the heat is set at. My fridge has been broken for over two months and they refuse to fix it. It’s cheap and it’s possible to live here, but I wouldn’t take your chances. There’s other places in a similar price range that may be better.
