Great price for the location
This apartment is a block off Main Street in the Mainstrasse area of Covington. The neighborhood has a ton of character, a wonderful community, and lots of great bars and restaurants. The price of this apartment and fabulous location make it well worth it, even though it's far from perfect. The interior is somewhat updated, but also somewhat dilapidated-looking. The landlord is responsive but sometimes it takes a while to get minor maintenance issues fixed. It's a small space and a no-frills building.

Amazing location, decent apartment
This building is just a block from Mainstrasse and all the fun bars and restaurants Covington has to offer, not to mention a 30 minute walk to downtown Cincinnati (and 12 minute drive to campus). It is a safe, fun, young area.
The building itself could use a lot of updates. It’s no-frills so no concierge, gym, etc. Although parking is included in a private lot. Smoking IS allowed so you may smell it in the hallways/staircases or even coming through the walls. The units have high ceilings, which is nice. They are semi-updated although some of the workmanship is pretty sloppy.
Overall it’s a great place to live and as good a price as you will get for the great location.
