Love it but it's expensive
I love living here, the location is great and I love my apartment, but I initially lived with a roommate and it was affordable and very reasonably priced, but since moving into a 1 bedroom I don't think it's worth the price.

Couldn't be happier
I love living here. I lived here first year of law school with a roommate and when she moved I moved into a 1 bedroom, which was a price increase, but it was worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a lot to do in the vicinity, and the apartments are super nice. An apartment like this one on the other side of the river would be twice as expensive.

Convenient and comfortable living!
Duveneck is at the center of everything in Covington, but is nonetheless surrounded by a walkable, neighborhood feel, rather than a bustling city feel. It’s an easy drive to campus and other NKY spots, and it’s a super easy walk to a ton of restaurants and to Cincy via the Roebling Bridge.

Love where I live!
I have loved living at Duveneck Square. We were the second tenants of our apartment, but it looked and felt brand new when we moved in. The common spaces are kept very clean and are great for gatherings. The management is wonderful, they are prompt to respond to any issues and have been great about suggesting fun things to do in the area as well as practical things like where to get a tire changed. The apartment is beautiful, with huge windows in both bedrooms and the living room, and despite it being a socially active street I have had no real noise complaints. It gets a little loud on the weekends, but nothing that has been truly unbearable. It's also a great spot for my dog. The area is walkable in general, but the courtyard is good too. There are several great restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. I honestly have no complaints except that the parking and utilities are all in addition to the rent and the only parking option is across the street, but that really hasn't been an issue since it isn't a heavy-traffic road.
